Dr. Miranda Mbutambe DNP-FNP-BC is a compassionate nurse practitioner, specializing in the field of family nursing. Located in Greenbelt MD, she brings her knowledge to her role at Cityworld Urgent Care and Family Clinic. She is affiliated with Washington Hospital Center and works with John Hopkins Hospital Facilities. Ms. Miranda completed her associate’s degree in Montgomery College Maryland graduating with honors with induction into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.Got her bachelor’s and Master’s degree at Chamberlain University with honors with induction into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is certified in Buprenorphine Waiver Certification by SAMSHA, HIV Certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). She is a member in American Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Nurses Association and Maryland Nurses Association. Miranda is fluent in English as well as French.
